Join us for a full weekend of food, fun, and entertainment at the 42nd annual DeKalb Corn Fest! Corn Fest will take place Friday, August 23rd – Sunday August 25th in Downtown DeKalb (on Lincoln Highway between 1st and 4th Street and Grove and Locust Street)
Admission to the fest is FREE!
There is a Craft Fair, Kids Fest, Bags Tournament, Car Show, Beer Garden, Carnival and FREE CORN!
The Chuck Siebrasse Corn Boil
FREE steamed sweet corn on Saturday from 11 am – 2 pm (or until corn runs out). Uncooked corn will also be available for purchase throughout the weekend at various booths and food vendors.
Corn Fest Car Show
Saturday from 8am – 3pm, 40 trophies will be awarded
Art Fest for Kids
Saturday/Sunday from 12pm – 3pm, YMCA Day Camp Counselors will lead younger Corn Fest attendees in a variety of hands-on and FUN art activities. Parents are welcome to join the fun and participate alongside their children!
Kid Fest
Kids can enjoy activities like face painting, organic Henna for kids and adults, a Rock Climbing Wall, and an interactive booth with NIU Stem
