A Quiet Place Part II crushed the box office over the long weekend. The film made $48-million before Memorial Day making it the biggest 3 day release since the pandemic began. Disney’s live action Cruella starring Emma Stone took second in its weekend debut.
Fans of the crazy good video game series FarCry will be happy to know that FarCry 6 has a release date. We’re looking at October 7th for the much anticipated sequel featuring Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad) as a drug lord (typecast much?). The game will be out on nex-gen consoles as well as the PS4 and XBox One, which will come with an upgrade if you decide to switch to the new systems.
There is a little rumor floating around that the main villain in the next MCU Spider-man movie “Spider-Man: No Way Home” will be none other than Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin. Now, we already know that Alfred Molina is returning as Doctor Octopus, and there have been rumors that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire will also make appearances as Spider-verse members. We’ll find out what’s true or fiction when the film hits theaters this December.
