Shawn Beck

Thanks to Sharon Rhoades in DeKalb for nominating Shawn Beck.  She wrote:

“Shawn participated in the 4x4x48 Goggins running challenge 2021 and quietly donated $768 raised funds to the VAC. He has also started a mission to run every street in DeKalb County and has been posting amazing pictures of DeKalb County on his social media page.”   Running every street in DeKalb was inspired by Rickey Gates,  one of the most recognized extreme runners in the world. For his Every Single Street project, he ran every single street in San Francisco over the course of 46 days—running on average 7:22 hours and 29 miles.  Congrats to Shawn on his accomplishments and for documenting his adventure on social media for us to see.
