BELVIDERE— It’s winter in the stateline, put on that big warm jacket, fuzzy hat and gloves, and head out to the Riverside Ice Arena in downtown Belvidere for a winter carnival on the ice.

Grab the kiddos for a fun night of games, music and activities for all ages on Feb. 12. The best part is if you don’t own a pair of ice skates, no problem. They have skates that you can rent for $5.
