The Sandwich Fair, first started as an annual livestock show in DeKalb County, is held yearly Wednesday–Sunday after Labor Day since 1888. It is one of the oldest continuing county fairs in the state of Illinois.  Bring the family to enjoy the giant carnival, livestock judging, fair foods, culinary competitions, Western Horse speed show, FFA Farm Zoo, antique farm equipment, harness racing, truck pulls, demolition derby, and live entertainment from Scotty McCreery and Jimmie Allen!
