Purchase a luminary kit while helping to support our local restaurants and essential workers!

Per Melissa Beck on Facebook: 

Light Up DeKalb County serves two purposes: 1. to provide light and unity for our community and 2. to provide funds for Taking Care of Our Caretakers, a group of individuals purchasing gift cards from local restaurants to distribute to community caretakers.

Through the $5 purchase of a luminary kit, you will receive a waterproof bag, battery operated candle with timer, and sand to weigh down the bag. From your $5 purchase, $2.75 will go towards our caretakers.

You can drive-up and purchase your kit on December 11th in the Hy-Vee parking lot (look for the signs) between 10:00-4:00 pm.
