Joey from the Barb Food Mart was my Guest DJ today! We talked about so many great things. Local Farmers and Gardeners have donated fresh locally grown produce and they are very grateful for their donations. We also talked about the "Adopt A Cart" program where you can house the mini cart to collect personal hygiene products. They are also always in need of Volunteers. Tara from Elder Care Services was our Guest DJ today. We talked all about what Elder Care Services offers for FREE to the Seniors of DeKalb County. We highlighted some of their programs like technology classes for seniors, the Community Care Program, and Adult Protective Services. We also talked about some upcoming events like their walk they do in June and their fundraiser at Whiskey Acres in the fall.
