ABC is putting on a star studded Disney Family Singalong tonight (Thursday April 16th at 7pm). Ryan Seacrest hosts this special, as celebs perform — virtually — a collection of popular Disney songs.

The event will feature a vocal warm up by Kristin Chenoweth, a special introduction by Elle Fanning, and performances throughout the evening will include the following:
