In light of everything that’s been going on with COVID and how we’re being encouraged to have smaller holiday gatherings, Zoom announced today that they will be lifting their 40 minute time limit on free Zoom calls on thanksgiving. Normally you have to subscribe to the premium zoom service to have unlimited zoom calls, but from midnight on thanksgiving until 6am the following day, they’re getting rid of the time limits so your virtual family gatherings don’t get cut short.
As a thank you to our customers, we will be lifting the 40-minute limit for all meetings globally from midnight ET on Nov. 26 through 6 a.m. ET on Nov. 27 so your family gatherings don't get cut short. ❤️🏡 #ZoomTogether pic.twitter.com/aubsH0tfxG

Let’s just hope Zoom doesn’t crash because too many people are taking advantage of the offer!
