It’s THE TOP trending story and there’s no avoiding it: President Trump was impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives yesterday. He’s the third president in US history to be impeached. Impeachment doesn’t mean he has been removed from office. The articles of impeachment will next go to the Senate, where they’ll hold a trial and decide whether to convict the president and remove him from office.

A new study is predicting that almost half of adults in the United States will be obese in the next 10 years and 24.2% will be classified as severely obese. They say obesity has become more than an individual issue, but rather a social issue. Experts suggested several community changes that could be made like: improving public transportation systems, encouraging walking instead of driving and keeping schools open on weekends and during summers to allow access to gyms and swimming pools.
In another health related study, researchers have found that the saying, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” isn’t quite right. You should really eat TWO a day. People who did it for two months ended up with lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and slashed their heart attack risk.
