Get ready to celebrate, Sycamore Cinco de Mayo is back for 2021!

Cinco de Mayo activities are in abundance this year in Sycamore!

Every year, Sycamore Cinco de Mayo donates it’s proceeds to area non-profits. Over the years over $160,000 has been donated back to the community to CASA, Voluntary Action Center, Big Brother Big Sister, Kishwaukee College Foundation and more!

The annual event was cancelled last year, but $3,000 were donated to the DeKalb County Community Foundation for COVID-19 Relief as part of Give DeKalb County.

Food orders have been completed for this year, but if you got your taco fiesta order in, it will be available for pickup at Taxco on Sunday, May 2nd from 1 – 5 p.m.

Don’t worry, you can still get in on the festive action, too! You could win a filled piñata if you print, color and bring your decorated coloring pages to Taxco by noon on May 1st. Get the coloring sheets, HERE. What a great way to celebrate with the kids!
