Paperless Billing now Offered by DeKalb County Treasurer

DeKalb County Treasurer, Becky Springer, is pleased to announce that Paperless Billing will be available to DeKalb County Taxpayers starting with the 2023 Real Estate Tax Bill.

“I am honored to be able to continue the tradition of offering DeKalb County Taxpayers the widest variety of options when it comes to Real Estate taxes,” said Treasurer Springer. “We launched a wider selection of online and in-office payment methods last summer when we partnered with Invoice Cloud for online and digital payments. This partnership is now allowing us to offer paperless billing for the first time,” she continued.

Paperless billing will allow DeKalb County property owners to receive their tax bill(s) electronically. Taxpayers can also sign up for email and text notifications of when the Real Estate bill becomes available and approaching due dates. The same account allows for 24/7 access to duplicate tax bills as well as billing and payment information.

“With growing printing and mailing costs, offering paperless billing was a no-brainer. I am always looking for ways to be more efficient and cost-effective with taxpayer money,” Stated Treasurer Springer. “Now is also a great time to create an account to view and download a duplicate copy of the 2022, paid in 2023, tax bill for record-keeping or other needs.”
