O’Shea Competes at NCAA Regionals
Kiera O’Shea closed out the 2025 season at the NCAA Regionals on Friday.
“We had a great experience with Kiera at Regionals,” interim head coach Nita Teague said. “The energy in the venue was fantastic and we are super proud of Kiera and her performance.”
O’Shea, a junior from Norridge, Ill. scored a 9.575 vault on her vault to close out her junior season with the Huskies.

O’Shea impressed throughout the season as she posted seven wins on vault. O’Shea earned the highest National Qualifying Score on vault in the Mid-American First Team to earn All-MAC First Team on vault.
That followed up a strong 2024 season where O’Shea earned the MAC Championship on vault after posting a NIU all-time high score of 9.925. O’Shea then went on to the Arkansas Regional and posted a 9.825.
