Elder Care Services of DeKalb County and the NIU Nursing Program will be presenting a free Community Education Class to the public on March 1^st, 2024 at 10am titled Fueling Your Fitness: A Guide to Healthy Diet and Exercise. This class will include learning about exercises and diet to help create a healthy lifestyle. The class is available to the public and is free to attend. Elder Care Services asks that individuals who are interested in attending please call 815-758-6550 to register for the class. The class will be approximately one hour.
