There’s an Amazon Prime phone scam making it’s rounds. If you get the call, a pre-recorded message will say that it’s an Amazon rep and that you have nearly $800 in charges. Then, the call directs you to press the number “one” if you didn’t make these purchases and to be connected with an Amazon rep who will direct you to a fake website, waiting on your bank info.

The big red flags here being: the robocall asks you to hit a key to continue. That’s always sketchy. And of course, the moment anyone you don’t know asks for your personal info…hang up!
