Northern Illinois University Athletics Chief of Staff Debra Boughton is an ATHENA Award Winner by the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce in recognition of her dedication to serving the community and empowering other women leaders. Deb has also worked tirelessly to build a healthy women’s networking group which she is a co founder of called Gather.  Deb’s commitment to the university and her continued drive to empower women of DeKalb county is truly inspiring!
