Habitat for Humanity is in the final stages of the work at #The825 and cannot wait to share it with you. They started out with a dream way over a year ago and this dream has come into reality. They took an over 100 year old home, moved it, and restored it so that it is standing for another 100 years. They partnered with the DeKalb County History Center on this project and it has just been such a joy to see and meet new people, create new partnerships, and see this home come to shape the future tenants. They are planning a Home Dedication and Blessing for Saturday, June 28 at 1:00pm and the public is invited. Please join us for a heartfelt house blessing, light refreshments, and an opportunity to connect with the future homeowners, volunteers, and local leaders committed to building stronger communities. Your presence will enrich this event and inspire continued efforts towards affordable housing and community development.
