Managing your own self-care by finding work life balance can lead to a more relaxed, fulfilling life. In this virtual workshop learn several strategies to a better balance. Emily Dienst is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and has a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. She is employed at Northwestern Medicine in Sycamore, Illinois, where she has worked for the past eight years in their outpatient Behavioral Health division. In addition to seeing individuals and families as a counselor, she services as an EAP to over thirty local organizations, where she provides workplace interventions and presentations on a variety of topics. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness based stress reduction. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Psychology from Carthage College.
