Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists is holding their 2nd annual “Choose To Move Northern Rehab Challenge” from May 1 – 26. Take the challenge to be more active and enjoy the great outdoors! Participants can choose to do a variety of new activities anywhere, at their convenience, anytime within our community. This event and fundraiser supports Barb Food Mart, Spartan Food Pantry, DeKalb County Community Gardens, Genoa Food Hub and Rochelle Christian Food Pantry. Participants can choose to do a variety of new activities anywhere, at their convenience, anytime within our community.  A great family-friendly community event for everyone of all ages to participate in – Get a Choose to Move Activity Card, choose your activities, earn an event t-shirt, enter our raffle, and support a great local non-profit organization! Northern Rehab will donate $5.00 to a local food pantry for EVERY card turned in! Fun for the whole family, kids and teens, couples, individuals, senior citizens, neighbors and co-workers to do together (safely distanced, of course!)
