Short Story Writing Workshop
July 10 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
The short story has long been a vital part of literature and has inspired generations of writers to create written masterpieces using only a few pages. These authors have proven that some very powerful stories can fit into a relatively small space. During this program, we will look at some popular examples of the writing genre and explore creative ideas using structural analysis, vocabulary words and writing prompts. This program is free and intended for teens and adults. No registration is required. For additional information, please contact Tom at (815) 756-9568 ext. 2150 or thomask@dkpl.org.
