The Kindergarten Readiness Community Forum is an informational forum for any community members wondering about kindergarten readiness. The forum will provide community members insight as to how to increase kindergarten readiness, including their role to improve it in our county. The Kindergarten Individual Development Survey (KIDS) assessment and data for DeKalb County will be discussed. There will be representatives from the McCormick Foundation and the Illinois State Board of Education to provide information and answer questions. Light refreshments will be served.
