Bring your costumed dog to Katz Dog Park to compete in a Halloween costume contest! This is a FREE event, but pre-registration is required. Judging begins at 11 am and winners will be announced shortly afterward.

- “Howling” with Laughter
- Best Owner/Pet Costume Combo
