Sycamore and Genoa residents can take advantage of free drive-thru COVID-19 testing through Thursday. The tests will be conducted at Sycamore High School and at Genoa-Kingston High School. The Sycamore site will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, while the Genoa-Kingston site will be open from 9 to 5 Wednesday and Thursday. The testing is sponsored by the Illinois Department of Health, the DeKalb County Health Department, and the Sycamore and Genoa-Kingston school districts. The test is a nasal swab, and results are expected within 4 to 7 days.
