Resumes are the first stepping stone to getting that job you’ve been thinking about applying to for awhile. The problem, however, is how do you present yourself in a way that convinces the employer they want to interview you? In these workshops provided by the DeKalb Public Library we will address the basics of a resume (e.g. formatting, sections, time order) but also work on making sure our bullet points showcase our qualifications.

Sessions will be held on Monday, August 3, at 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, August 15, at 11:00 a.m.

Once you register you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Zoom meeting, a phone number to call into the Zoom meeting, and a password to the meeting. Join the Zoom meeting 5 minutes prior to the program, especially if you haven’t used Zoom before.
