A special charity concert to help benefit the victims of both the DeKalb and Sycamore apartment fires will take place on Wednesday August 21st. The concert will be held at the Hopkins Park Band Shell in DeKalb.
The concert will feature performances by:
- 6:00 PM Reilly Farrell
- 6:15 PM The Noah Brooks Coalition
- 6:30 PM The Elderly Brothers Band
- 7:00 PM Johnny & the Boomers
- 8:00 PM Luxury Pork Band
The concert will be free to the public with donations from those that can afford to support the concert. Any and all money raised will be given to the DeKalb County Community Gardens who were on the scene at both the DeKalb and Sycamore fires providing food for the victims. The proceeds raised will help provide additional fresh food for the people that lost everything.
