To celebrate the 10th anniversary of CCT Penguin Project, a breakfast will be held 8 to 11 a.m. Sept. 22 at the Knights of Columbus, 1336 E. Lincoln Highway in DeKalb. Breakfast will include eggs, sausage, ham, fried potatoes, pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Tickets are available at the door ($8 for 10+ and $4 for 3-9 years)
