Early voting is now open in DeKalb County for the April 6 consolidated election.

According to the Daily Chronicle, early voting began yesterday at the county legislative center in Sycamore, and will be available from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday until March 19. The hours change to 8:30 to 4:30 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, while moving from noon to 7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. Satellite early voting locations will be held at the DeKalb Township building, Kirkland Village Hall and Sandwich Fire Station starting March 22. NIU’s Holmes Student Center will also open for early voting on March 30 and 31 and April 1. The last day to register to vote in the April election is March 9.
