After finding success telling the story of Sleeping Beauty’s villain Maleficent, Disney is ready to explore another baddie: Cruella de Vil. Starring Oscar winner Emma Stone, Disney’s synopsis for the movie reads: “In 1970s London, young fashion designer Estella de Vil becomes obsessed with dogs’ skins, especially Dalmatians, until she eventually becomes a ruthless and terrifying legend known as Cruella.”
