All DeKalb municipal offices, including City Hall, will close at noon Friday due to the hazardous conditions caused by the winter storm.

The City will continue to provide emergency services and snow removal.

Bus service will continue at a reduced capacity. Fixed route service will continue with fewer buses on the routes. Paratransit service will be limited to trips for urgent medical appointments.

A Winter Storm Warning continues until noon Saturday with up to 12 inches of snow and wind gusts up to 45 mph expected.
