Adam Sandler celebrated the 25th anniversary of Happy Gilmore on Tuesday by recreating his character’s iconic swing.

Adam said this was the first time since 1996 he had taken the three-step drive.

After taking the swing, Adam said, “Shooter McGavin, this is for you. I’m not lying to you. That is smashed. Smashed. That went pretty well. You’re dead, Shooter!”

In the flick, which was released on February 16th, 1996, Happy comes back from being down by four strokes to beat Shooter.
